Bet 150€ is ok? Or would it be better to bet 190€ or 210€ and c/f after a call? Folding QQ will be rather weak, as he'd 4bet AK and most probably we are ahead against a pp which doesn't believe we hit a flop. I've made 150€ bet with a plan to call a push on any turn.

This kind of bet was totally unpredictable. His range after that I would say is 22/66/88 and Kx (KQs mostly) or cheap and effective bluff - I'd fold all Ax and call with TT/JJ/QQ and fold to river all-in if unimproved. But I'm not sure if I should think 'so far ahead' and villain is playing only 3oak thinking it's hard to get any value form may AQ/AJ or so.
Additional info - opponents don't have mush info about me, I'd say 50-60 hands, same in my case. Up to now they were folding to my 3bets, probably treating me as an unknown.
On turn I've made ofc call, but I think it's a mistake, as i was drawing to 2-outer. What do you think ?

Postflop on unknown balancing is not needed, and in my opinion you will not face a raise if betting like you did. Sitting here with AK+ or 3oakaj you'd think his range is rather weak and you can only get value from KQ (which I think he'd fold facing shove, as you don't play KJ like that). Beacause of that, I think check on flop has a higher EV, as if his range is TT-JJ, which gives us value, we won't get much of it.
I also don't think he'd super-lightly float you with no information. Therefore, c/c and c/f turn as default plan looks nice to me. He'll never think he's good with TT/JJ, as you 3bet pf UTG and play.
As played, I don't think he lightly floats. Of course, he can do that, but with KQ he'd do a normal bet or checkbehind and with JJ/TT check. So, with no information, tight fold would be the best. What's more, he can shove river, because our hand after c/c turn looks excatly as it is.
