Ja sowas verwunderliches, dass die die Art und Weise des Geschriebenen so ähnlich ist...
Im PS Video verhaspelt sich Girah ja auch mal beim Vorlesen, vermutlich weil er das nicht selbst aufgeschrieben hat. Aber das schließt ja nicht aus, dass er das Konzept aufgesetzt hat und sein "Agent" die Formulierungen nochmal überarbeitet hat.
Disclaimer: Ich glaub trotzdem dass er ne Marionette ist.

American Government hired Jose, DIH, and JM to construe this giant scam so that Poker/poker community would be slandered, and gain enough public recognition to be citable for the law makers dealing with Online Gaming Laws who now have a more tenable platform to propel their case: the illegalities/ethical issues surrounding Skype/TV cheating, the jurisdictional disputes of nation-nation poker scams/disputes, etc. This would fill the currently vacuous and quote "unconstitutional" reasoning behind illegalizing online poker.
It would effectively perpetuate Black Friday. Why is this in the interest of the American Government? Well, Black Friday is effectively a "red herring" to divert attention away from the Governments development of a sanctioned/taxed online gambling/poker site that will be exclusively available to American players. They will charge high rake and tax earnings directly from each pot in order to bypass any recreational players claiming their poker winnings != income (which would be less taxable). The rake will be high because quite simply, it can be: American players have no other option.
Because money will still be locked on FullTilt, the newly founded government poker site will make offerings to FT players to purchase their money for $.50 on the dollar as long as they deposit it directly to their site. By then, expectations of receiving funds will have deteriorated so far that most will snap-accept this offer. Because of the new laws that only allow government sanctioned poker sites, FT will be given an ultimatum: continue being sued/indicted for its previous illegal gaming, or, be shut down and assimilated/bought to the US exclusive site for a vastly reduced rate (considered the depreciated value of bank-rupt FT). This would include all player account funds, effectively meaning that the new site paid half price for FT players money, and got all that money to remain invested in their company.
Because of the huge American player base, and their inability to play at other sites, this site will virtually have 0 competition, which would result in huge revenues. Even though it is an exclusively American company, that will not stop them from allowing other countries to invest in the company fully, helping to bring the US out of debt. Eventually, the site will open world-wide; however, the American government will retain the laws that only allow American players to play at their sanctioned site. They will never lose any American player base (as it is the only option), but will also gain a world wide player base, essentially making them the biggest poker site in the world.

wie ich mir gerade überlegt habe auf cardrunners wieder nen acc zu holen (nachdem über FTP-gratis-tracking nichtmehr geht) weil ich dogishead so gut finde..naja hat sich wohl erübrigt ♦
