[NL] Zoom Surfing the poker waves during shark attacks

Hey Dudes, leider muss ich berichten dass ich gestern einen Scheiß tag erwischt habe, nach langer Zeit war ich mal wieder offentsichtlich tillt. Habe auch mein StopLost Punkt bei 40$ überrschritten. Es kündigte sich schon irgendwie seit Tagen an. Es lief 14 Tage ganz gut in den letzten Tagen aber war es ein gegurke. Hätte eine Pause machen sollen. So kam dass raus

Hatte ja gesagt dass es auch immer mal RL Berichte gibt.

Gerstern am Firmenlauf teilgenommen 5Km , 22min Zeit.
Dafür dass ich 5 Wochen nicht trainieren konnte war ich eigentlich zufrieden. Aber fragt nicht wie hoch mein Puls im Ziel war ♦
Der schnellste brauchte ne 14,29 Zeit ist schon Klasse unter 15 min

Tja der Monat fing bescheiden an, zwischen drin hatte ich einen Zeitlang echt das Gefühl so jetzt hast du es auf NL10 verstanden dann kam ne Phase da lief es nicht gut und dann ging ich auf Tillt. Das Buch habe ich und auch schon dreimal gelesen ♦ Danke für deine aufmunternde Worte.
Die Realität scheint so zu sein dass ich wenn ich konzentriert spiele so um 3BB liege. Aber dann surfe ich nebenbei, die Freundin Quatscht, ich bastle an meiner Hompage rum. Selbst das würde noch gehen.
Wenn ich dann aber aus unkonzentriertheit und fehlendem Spiellverständnis in engen Spots doofe calls mache (da verbrenne ich unheimlich viel) bin ich sauer auf mich, wenn ich dann noch Pech habe gehe ich manchmal auf einen formlosen Tillt. Das Buch ist sehr gut und es hat mir geholfen zumindest deutlich seltener auf einen eh alles Scheiß egal Tillt zu gehen oder gar Verluste auf höheren Level reindonken zu wollen. Ende nächster Woche fliege ich eine Woche mit der Freundin nach Mallorca ich denke dass ist mal gut so.

Ist doch irgendwie ne blöde Hand, das Reraise Flop schaut schon nach einem Set aus. Die niedrige Turn bet hat mich irrietiert und dann ne realtiv niedrige Riverbet. Im nachhinein ein Fold nur wann, schon auf dem Flop ? Habe wenig Hände von ihm.

Range die ich gebe AT+, 22+, KQ+ Flop 70 % liege ich vorne. Die Frage ist mit was reraise er den Flop wenn ich ihm JJ+,33,AJs+,AJo+ gebe liegt er 60% vorne

er sieht jetzt auf die ersten nicht nach Fish aus. Von daher ist der fold am flop wohl gut.

Wenn er im 3bet gegen 2 den flop raised und dann auch noch mit einem hinter sich...dann hat er nix schlechteres.

ich geb ihm da nur JJ, AJ, AA evtl. mal AK

Außerdem versteh ich den Fold am Turn nich so richtig gegen unknown, klar Flush kommt an aber trotzdem würd ich mir da in den meisten Fällen noch sicher sein das man weiterhin Nuts hat

Ja unknow und letzten Endes habe ich zu oft Unknow mit Fish verwechselt. Seit her sehe ich unknow erstmal als Reg. Die 4 bet ist halt etwas niedriger als normal. Und wenn man dann überlegt was einer 4 bettet bleibt AA,KK, Ak eher selten QQ, JJ, TT. Die sehr niedrige bet am Flop heißt ich bin ein Anfänger und habe trotzdem Ak oder ein totaler Vollfish oder ich habe die Nutz und will dich am Haken lassen. Sehe mich halt mit der Hand bei der Situation eher hinten 3 Streets runtercallen ist kein option, Pushen sehe ich mich zu oft geschlagen. Wie siehst du (Ihr) es
