ist halt erstmal die frage, ob das ein coupon bond ist oder ein zerobond... oder kann man das raus lesen? für mich ist das nicht offensichtlich.
die lösung sagt: promised yield = 12.72 und expected yield = 9,xx%
bei nem zerobond würde ich halt einfach so rechnen:
87 = 105/(1 + ytm)²
ytm = promised yield = 9,86%
-> falsch
dann coupon bond probiert:
87 = 5/(1+ytm) + 105 / (1+ytm)²
auflösen nach ytm bringt ca. 12,77% (mit viel gutem willen, da p/q formel ja 2 lösungen bringt und es nicht offensichtlich ist, welche man nimmt) ... kommt hin..evtl haben die rundungsfehler drinnen.
dann nächste frage, was passiert beim default. da steht der default ist @ maturity, d.h. das coupon payment von 5 wird wohl noch stattfinden (oder nicht... ), also im falle von default:
87 = 5/(1+ytm) + 0.4*105/(1+ytm²)
naja weiß nicht mehr, was da rauskommt f jedn würde ich das expected yield dann halt so ausrechnen.
0,9 * promised yield + 0,1 * return bei default
was auch stimmen sollte.
