Mein kenianischer Arbeitgeber hat mir ein Zeugnis geschrieben. Was würdet ihr noch verbessern lassen?

xxx was attached to Vi-Agroforestry project Kisumu as a GIS/Data Specialist from xxx, Germany since November 2013. During this period, he led and accomplished various fundamental tasks in our Monitoring and Evaluation unit:
- - Data verification and maintenance of geographical data for the Monitoring and Evaluation unit within the Kenya Agricultural Carbon Project (KACP)
- - Organisation of seminars on the use of ArcGIS, QGIS, Excel and GPS units to guarantee a smooth data collection
- - Creation of reports on the status of the GIS database
- - Induction of GIS Documentation to retain data quality standards in the Monitoring and Evaluation unit
- - Quantitative data collection on sustainable agriculture and agroforestry in the project area
- - IT support for hard- and software issues in the office
Besides being a joy to work with, xxx is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate these within the team. He managed to become an esteemed colleague to our office and will be missed because of his skills and especially his open personality.

Grundsätzlich bin ich eigentlich recht zufrieden, da die ostafrikanischen Zeugnisse in der Regel eher Probleme bereiten. Habe selbst aber nicht so die Erfahrung bei Zeugnissen und schon gar nicht, wenn sie in Englisch verfasst sind.
