First two times I was about 1.5k short when I was able to login again. I said nothing and as expected they were returned within 24 hours. Third time crash though I was just over3k short and realized when I logged in again for some reason I was still sat at this given table with this 3,200ish stack and was unable to either sitin again nor could I be removed from the table by closing it. (wtf) I figure 24hours and it comes back. But next day there's nothing and my balance was still short. Same the subsequent day. So fml ok let's go to support and blah blah blah back and forth and then finally;

We are aware that there were some technical issues with our software provider, Microgaming. However, these issues have now been resolved and any blocked funds should now appear in your account. After raising the issue with Microgaming it's clear that the final missing funds of 3,157.42 that were being held were not automatically refunded but have now been updated. Should this not be the case please do not hesitate to contact us again and we will look into the matter for you.
So yeah I got it back and not to be alarmist but seems to pay to keep tabs on your balance, esp with more ****ing crashes happening all the time.
