fand es nicht so toll inszeniert, wie sie Walt haben laufen lassen (1x einschlagen, dann passt das schon und nix für ungut, hier noch 10 Mio $). War aber wohl anders nicht zu lösen...
Wie sie Jessy aus der Situation lebend rauskommen haben lassen fand ich wesentlich eleganter.
Egal, letzten Folgen knallen sicher 
ich finde das mit Walts nicht-ermordung schon plausibel. Todd hat ja vorher mit dem Nazionkel geredet, und ich find das passt schon zu den Nazis. Die lassen sich schnell breitreden und hatten ja bis jetzt ein gutes Verhältnis zu Walt - können sich ja auch prima einreden, dass sie Walt "gerettet" haben, und jetzt die Kohle nehmen. Dass sie dem da das Fass gelassen haben, zeigt doch nur, dass sie in gewissen Situationen eben nicht skrupellos handeln.

fands bisschen enttäuschend, wie hank und gomez reagieren, als sie die wagen von den nazis sehen. dass die vermutlich nicht zufällig aufkreuzen und den cops freundlich gesonnen sind dürfte ja eigentlich klar sein, und selbst wenn hätte man das risiko einfach blöd zu warten nicht eingehen müssen, und sich stattdessen verschanzen oder mit dem auto erstmal das weite suchen können

Sie hätten eventuell auch Walt als Schutzschild aus dem Wagen holen können.
Sie waren AFAIK in einem Indianer - Reservoir und dachten, es handelt sich evtl. um die Tribal Police. Sie haben nicht damit gerechnet, dass Walt Killer auf Jesse angesetzt hat. Hat Hank vor der Abhöraktion am Plaza noch erklärt, dass er glaubt, dass Walt Jesse immer beschützt hat und ihn daher nicht töten lassen wird.

Das hat er aber vermutlich nicht selbst geglaubt. Dennoch hast du recht, dass sie nicht automatisch annehmen konnten, dass die Leute da zu Walt gehören würden.

Sehr gute Analyse der 100$-Geldscheinszene im Diner aus dem FlashForward in der "Live Free Or Die"-Episode hinsichtlich der 11 Mio$-Kohlen:
In 5.14, Walt leaves with a barrel full of money. In the 5.01 flash-forward Walt returns without the barrel. This juxtaposition is meaningful. Something happened to the money.
After Walt pays the gun dealer in the Denny's bathroom, Walt opens up his wallet to tip the waitress. He pulls out a single bill and looks at it. There is nothing left in his wallet. There is a slight pause here while he looks at it before he decides to leave the whole $100. This pause is important. The shot ends on a closeup of the bill so the pause is not about our understanding that he's taking $100 out. It's that he's taking the last bit of money out of his wallet. Walt is flat broke. The pause we see is Walt asking himself if he needs change. As he is back in Albuquerque, he does not. He won't be alive much longer and has no need for any cash. So where did all the money go?
There's one thing that Walt has never been able to do with the fortune he has amassed. Spend it. In Albuquerque, the writers emphasized the need to keep up appearances. The family bought a couple new cars but that's all they could really do. Walt couldn't buy a Ferrari. His family couldn't live in a mansion. They had to live a normal upper-middle class life. The carwash, their biggest expenditure, was just another tool to run Walt's empire. Walt has 11 MILLION DOLLARS to spend. $11,000,000.00. His cancer is back, and his life is short. He must spend this money fast.
Einiges vom Folgenden wurde hier ja bereits in ähnlicher Weise geäußert - ist allerdigs schon etwas länger her, daher nochmals zur Auffrischung:
• Just realized Live Free or Die is the motto of The Granite State! Sopranos had an episode with the same title, only reason I recognized it.
• Yup, "Live Free or Die" is on the license plate of Walt's car in the flashbackforward. In one shot the camera pans up from the ground to the trunk and you can see the motto.
• Good observation. Out of the 50 states Walt could go to, he picks the one with that motto. Subtle foreshadowing...Walt cannot live freely with the weight of his past, so he, you know...
• There was also an interesting line from the girl at Denny's when she was offering him a free meal for his birthday:
"Free is good. Like, even if I was rich. Free is always good."
That had to be an intentional double-meaning from the writers.
• Other interesting thing that may have already been noted elsewhere: I'm pretty sure the guy from the Denny's bathroom is the same guy who sold him the 38 special in S04E02. IIRC, that was one of Saul's guys, which means that being "disappeared" probably doesn't mean losing contact with Saul if you don't want to.

They did an interesting thing with reflections in this episode. When Walt gets into the car to leave the desert, he looks up at the rear view mirror and camera. He turns the mirror away from himself to the desert floor. Before his car breaks down, we see his reflection in the rear view mirror, but he does not look into it. When his car breaks down, there are two reflections of Walt. The distorted one has a bullet hole through its head. He looks at it, but immediately looks away, back at it again, then away. When he rolls the barrel up to the house, we see him reflected in the window. As soon as he stands up, and looks towards the reflection, it cuts away. When he arrives at his house, he runs up to the mirror-door closet but does not look at himself. Not even a glance. Later, when he’s changing Holly, his back is to the mirror, and as the scene ends, the mirror is positioned to his side. Finally, when he gets in the vehicle at the end, he turns towards the mirror. He looks through it, for the first time, as the vehicle pulls away.
