So yeah, flop's a call for sure here, you rly like the Q, If we fold sth we fold KTs KJs, (AJo) without backdoors

Not really sure when it's not a call - I don't have a value shoveling range vs anyone in position ott, much less people that 3bet too much and seem aggro.
I guess if we know he barrels way too much we can just explo shove, but even then it'd kinda suck when we get called by AXcc, better call turn, shove rag rivers, and if someone 3 barrels so much that it becomes bad we still have loads of Qx to punish him

Flop super standard call, don't think there is another option.

Turn although in theory we should have some raises there, in practice it's spot where I rarely raise. A read that would make this a good shove is when villain has super high barreling stats, which means he probably bets turn every time with all combos of AK, and maybe hands like AJ/AT/KJ.

I'm new in the English community (sorry for my English, I'm Italian), which is very good imho.
I appreciate a lot of posts and I would ask you a question: in this spot double and lemon said that they have not a shoving range so they think that they don't shove on the turn, I think for balancing lines, but in this case, we don't have any history with this reg (we have only 55 hands about him) so I think we could try to play "unbalanced" and shoving turn mainly for fe and pot equity. Infact, if I don't wrong, when we shove turn we need 53% of fe and with 12 outs if called we hit our draws about 26% (12/46) of times, so we need roughtly 53-26=27% of fe. If we only call turn, instead, 34 times on 46 we don't win the hand, while if we shove turn sometimes oppo can fold some better hands and if he calls we have however some equity.
What do you think about my thinking process?

But if most of his turn folds will c/f river, while most of his bet/call range will shove river even when we hit, then flatting turn and shoving when checked to is so much better. And that is the way id see most regs play.
