Hi i have 6 video loops selected from https://visualdon.uk/ does anyone know how i can make each clip 5 minutes long and splice them together in to one 30 min video ? then i can just add the video to obs on a loop.

You need a video editing software. Shotcut is free and pretty simple, I used that before buying one.
You could try windows photo tool first.
I have used OpenShot video Editor before to take clips from different videos and assemble them into a single sequence.

You can add audio -- both music and voice-over.
You can also do fade transitions (and many more)
You mention "loops" -- I assume you mean that the video repeats over and over?
