You should make a chat. I think that there would be less trolling in threads and also it's useful if someone have a quick question or something which is not worth creating a thread. Idk, I'm just thinking

Is trolling really that much of an issue? I can't recall anything.
I don't see any problem either with creating mini threads that consist of just a quick question. Plenty of people are already doing that, I think.
You can always ask questions in the chat a relevant coaching. And for questions concerning the website, you can always contact our support team.

We've had this come up a few times. Creating a chat would be counter-productive when we already have a perfectly good forum for discussions
