I don’t know why you didn’t received SP yet, but if you played more than 48 hours ago for the first time for real money there I recommend sending a ticket to our customer service and they can check it out for you what’s the problem here.

What can we do with strategy points? Like can we convert it into cash in some way?

Hey ibrahimbhuiya01,

SPs have value in the month they are earned and the following month.

For instance, if you earned 500 SPs in the first few days of a month then you would be upgraded to Gold and you would hold that status for the rest of that month and the following month as well.

This is terribly important to view higher level strategy and videos to continue to help you improve.

Of course the points balance is maintained to track your progress to our ultimate status which is Black Member (500k SPs).

Do you have used our NetBet link to make your account there. If this is the case it can take up to 2 business days before you get your money. If this period is expired you can always send a ticket to our customer service and they will help you out.
