I'm nearly certain that the stats mean the same thing for fixed limit and no limit.

In the above example
:diamond:  The player raised a 3Bet 47% of the time -- in this case, he was the player that initially bet, and was 3Bet by another player.
:diamond:  The player 4Bet "cold" 13% of the time -- in this case he was not the player that initially bet. Someone had 3Bet an open raiser before him.

4Bet Range is the proportion of all hands that he 4Bets with, and combines the two and represents it as a range.
In other words, although he 4Bets 47% of the time he gets 3Bet, he doesn't get 3Bet all that often.

I tried to find out something from HM2 dox, but the best I could find were these threads:

:diamond:   http://forums.holdemmanager.com/share-your-hud-configurations/376841-4-bet-range-stat-what-does-mean.html

The best single-line summary I found is this:
"So if you are opening 20% of hands from a position, then 4betting 5%, then theoretically, you are 4betting 1% of your range. "

In fixed-limit this MUST be wider, because risk of loss is low, and there are very small implied odds, so you have to go with pot odds to protect your equity.

Hope that helped...
