Hey guys my first Sunday coaching went well.
Firstly as I logged onto party for the coaching a tourney popped up. It was the 20K deuces freeroll that I had entered ages ago but forgot about! The blinds were already at 30/60 so I played on with the help of my fellow coachees while playing 3 tables of .25/.50$ FL FR. I was doing well with a 30BB stack entering the 100/200 stage when I stole from the SB with QQ and he reraised all in with KJo with a 20BB stack. I instacalled and the flop was KJx.... =(((
Anyway that was a fun little sidetrack during the coaching and might try something in the future that gets everyone involved like that
(lucky i had some SnG players to help me!)
There were some good FL hands too ♦

0.25/0.50 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.9 by www.pokerstrategy.com.
Preflop: Hero is BU with T♠, A♦
MP1 folds, MP2 calls, 2 folds, Hero raises, SB folds, BB calls, MP2 calls.
Flop: (6.40 SB) 5♥, 3♦, A♣ (3 players)
BB bets, MP2 folds, Hero raises, BB calls.
I like to raise the donks of these players because they could be donk/check-calling later so I want to get some raised value out of them asap + charge any draws to stronger hands like...
Turn: (5.20 BB) 4♥ (2 players)
BB bets, Hero raises, BB 3-bets, Hero calls.
...a gutshot! This was kinda close and I had to think about many factors like, are the fish too afraid to donk a worse ace/pair if theres an obvious straight like this...I though maybe... but didn't want to miss some value from the worse hands so I raised. Maybe folding after his 3-bet is ok cause come to think of it how often to players 3-bet the turn at this limit with something worse than TPMK? Anyway I called.
River: (11.20 BB) T♦ (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.
After calling the turn 3-bet I certainly can't fold this river, as I suck out on a few 2-pair combos like Ax + 54/34 so it's a pretty easy call.
Final Pot: 13.20 BB
He had 32 to satisfy your curiosity

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 8♣, 8♦. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
MP1 folds, Hero raises, MP3 folds, CO calls, BU folds, BB calls, SB calls.
Flop: (8.00 SB) J♦, 2♦, J♥ (4 players)
BB checks, SB checks, Hero bets, CO folds, BB calls, SB calls.
A nice flop for my low/mid pair. A jack is unlikely and A/K high hands are more inclined to calldown as they think I haven't hit anything! Also lower PPs to and probably a 2 also would calldown + some obvious flush draws. Against resistance I'd revert to calldown mode myself.
Turn: (5.50 BB) 3♥ (3 players)
BB checks, SB checks, Hero bets, BB calls, SB folds.
Total blank so rebet.
River: (7.50 BB) K♠ (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.
A jack is out of the question (I hope that aren't THAT bad), so it's either he has a K or nothing and I decided that I must be ahead 1/10 times in this situation as he could probably do this with some worse hands like a lower pair/A high/busted flush or straight draw. Note this is player dependent and I'm playing without stats so he's an unknown, against straightforward loosepassives this would be a fold.
Final Pot: 9.50 BB
Hope you guys enjoyed the coaching as much as I did ♦ See ya on wednesday
