I heard in a video that the stats should be filtered to 6 handed only, how can I do that?
and what's a good wts and w$atSD for FL 0.25$/0.50$ 6 max.?

When you open the import tab at PT you can select to import all hands as 6 max (Partypoker at least).
The filter stuff has to be done in PA. Here is the guide:

Good wts should be 35-37% (in higher limits it should be higher) and w$atSD around 55% with this wts (lessd wts = higher and higher wts = lower values).
