Were these heads-up tables? If so this isn't surprising, since the SB is also the BTN in those games.
Otherwise, BvB in FL SB should raise, and if he is raising that much, folding to your 3Bet makes sense.

I've often noticed that in the games I play, I also get walks when I have a monster hand.
I've always put it down to "attention bias" -- we notice things when they're noteworthy, and ignore them when they're not.

i myself not sure if this is a steal or not
ofcourse an idea is to continiue playing with this person and see if that continiues
that have 2 problems
if he steels till i am sure i will loose money
and because last time we play i stop playing when he passes when i had monster maybe he understood why i stop playing and next time he will play with me with some cover

Yes, you did, but I wasn't certain that it was a heads-up table, or perhaps was just heads-up on a 6- or 9- man table.

Heads-up FL it is normal for SB (which is also the BTN heads-up) to open extremely wide. I have limited experience with FL Hold'em, since I only play it as part of 8-Game and HORSE

It would help to know what your own tendencies are. If he is open-raising 95%, what percent of the time are you 3Betting? If it is too low, then perhaps that is the reason he folds when you have monsters.
If he open folds only when you have monsters that might be evidence

but the last is not the case
i dont have any software so i dont have exact numbers
lets say that during 2 hours or so we played 200 hands
from the 100 he was small blind he raised about 90 to 95
lets say 93
so 7 times or so he passed
from the 7 times i did not have all the times good cards but the 3 of them i had monsters aa or kk
if all the 7 times i had monsters he passes i would be sure that i was stolen
now i am not
the way i opened the thread to see if other players have the same problem with me
now it is late to sent stars the hands and how many times he passes how many times i have monsters etc except if i ask from stars the history and see 1 1 the hands i played that is hard
