How much did you put in as the SB with KT? Guessing the AJ raised 3-4x?

Im always set on edge is someones raising 3-4x... I rarely play KT, even in late position, even when they're suited. He must of raised with AJs, and in early position, he's showing some strength.

However, you did get the nuts this time around! Haha.

Only time I play KT is when it's folded around to me, and I'm in CO or BU and I'm the first time raiser... This approach may seem tight, or extremely tight, but KT is just sucky for my personally most of the time... I've had better runs limping with QJ. Lol.

But it's 50% chance to flop a royal flush, so I think it justifies his preflop call.

Actually, aslong as you only call with any 2 suited face cards the odds of floping royal are 95.876%. If you raise you wont hit. Pokerstars will reconise your trapping and give you the nuts to see if you can milk it, because they need more pros.

not only you made a sb call, but you were shortstack and you didn't maximize your winnings...waste of a hand

Yeah, he raised 4xbb. I called. And then just check called flop and turn, he raised big to protect his hand from a flush, on turn he went all in.

And was it a bad call?
Why would I fold 40% of a royal flush for a 0.07$ raise?

Waste of a hand? He doubled up, that's the best he could do? Lol.

The guy raised, he made everyone else fold.

I think.

Imo, yes.

Would you call .70$ or 7$ everytime you have two suited faced cards? As SB, as soon as pre flop is over, you're out of position in my opinion. You're fighting a losing battle hoping to see the other 60% of a royal flush, your winnings wouldn't cover your loss if you chased time and time again.
