Snowball effect

I have seen some odd snowing decisions lately, and I guess this is another one. So the "value snow" (a term I just came up with to describe snow hands with showdown value) got raised, but villain still decides to call. Either because he was hoping that whatever I had would still lose to his lowish two pair, or, more likely, because "it's the last 12 cents anyway".
