if you really can't handle to be called names by total loosers (which is understandable)
Fun fact: the losers are more important to the game itself than we are. No losers = no regular depositors = no winning regs generating huge rake = no juice for the sites = no sites, no action...
I usually do one of three things.
1. Ignore him/her
2. Have chat turned off to avoid situations like this.
3. Add the guy who insulted you to your friends list, join every table he is at and relentlessly insult him/his mother, say 'umadbro' every time he looses a pot and every time he wins a pot send an email to the rooms customer support telling them how you are convinced he has a program that can change his hole cards.
All three options are equally effective.
Thanks for all the suggestions. I have turned the chat off since. And I even turned the players image off as the images some players used might tilt me. What's best is that I can now quickly type in anything on chat and hit enter and never need to bother the reaction 
But I am just too nice to abuse others
I found my tilt much better controlled after these methods.

Very good point. I usually play 6 tables but in that particular hand I was playing 4 tables and looking back at the hand history that's when I saw the words.

Agreed, that's why I spend so much time searching for them. But I don't understand why you are so jumpy. Does the fact that they are so important to the game makes them less than total loosers? I don't think so.

Another good point mate. We gotta care for them and make it easier for them to give up the money, big time, while they think they are just unlucky and keep on taking inconsiderate risks.
Never criticize a donk/fish game, launching just a "nh" after a dumb move that made them win a big pot on pure luck hoping it will make them reiterate.

That's what I've done and it's gr8 for me. So many idiots (ie jerks in my vocabulary) on the net and in poker spewing shit. No need to take that. Sounds like the OP reacts like me on this. TURN THE CHAT OFF! You will love it!

I think the problem is simple - turn off the chat, ignore, play more tables, etc. But I think the real problem would be if you would play live - how then you "turn off the chat" for example?
