Will pokerstars eventually turn all poker into a zoom format and if so would it be a good,change?
I don't think zoom runs a lot on high stakes, there will be always demand for normal tables. I think zoom/rush will get more popular from micro to midstakes though

They actually changed all 50/100 action to zoom recently I believe.
NL / PL Holdem / Omaha might work as all zoom, but limit games are still better when you can get to know -- and need to know -- a player's tendencies.
Games like stud, razz might work.
I can't see how mixed games could be zoomed though.
There has been zoom 5-Card Draw for some time, but I've only once seen > 0 players there. In that case there was 2, and that is no different than just sitting at a table and playing.

I never understood the purpose of Zoom 5-Card Draw. It's already a very fast game, there's no need to speed it up even further.

Nk2 clearly means "no kidding 2". As in "No kidding, the big blind really is only 2 cents."
All bad puns aside, I guess NL200 is the more important limit for a poker room from an economic perspective. While it is true that NL2 serves as an introduction for new customers and there are also far more players at this limit, the income from rake simply is much higher at limits like NL200, so NL2 seems to be more like a means to an end.
It could be argued that you need NL2 in order to be able to even offer NL200, since only a handful of poker veterans or passionate gamblers with a lot of money to spare would start at NL200 right away. But then again, I don't think there are that many NL2 players who are really able - or even willing - to climb up all the way through the limits.

I think that in few years, all games will be Zoom-like only. And yes it will be better for recreational players in general.

What is the future for current professional poker players. Often uneducated and this thread says poker wont be here for very long, what happens when everybody is 35 and without a job?
Nothing happens. If you are professional poker player, you should think in advance about your financial situation. Nobody is going to pay the pension to you when you retire. So, you should be making investments, and by 35 have real estate to live in, and some cash in order to sustain yourself until you get a job in Mc Donalds or smth.

Good answer -- some pro sports players do very well with their investments, others finish there careers more or less broke, but a lot more famous, and with a whole pile of fun behind them. And it that situation the fun is pretty much all behind them.
Poker players not much different.

If poker dies, I hope to have enough cash to be idle for a few years and in the mean time, find something I can do. I think poker players in general are pretty smart (or at least they should be), so I'm sure we/they can find something when poker is out of the picture.
I'm lucky enough that I finished college few years back, but the biggest problem is still a big hole in CV, which employers don't like to see very much 
And if you say that you were playing poker, well... Let's say you might be drawing dead at that point 
Like Johnis said... You must think about these things when turning pro. It might be already too late if you haven't.

Honestly, that's one of the reasons I'm grinding hard for my uni degree, which often decreases my poker time significantly 
The other reason is to be able to quit poker and have a decent job, so, options, options. The lack of alternatives (in general) narrows down your possible decisions, and that makes me nervous.
