It doesn't have an entry for "Table Stakes".
When I was a kid we played what we called "table stakes"[1] . We understood it to mean that the smallest stack at the table was the largest bet that could be made. If there were 3 players in the hand, there were two pots.
I always wondered what the difference between that system and "No Limit" was.
From the article it appears that No-Limit and Table Stakes are equivalent terms.
The Wikipedia article on table stakes adds another limitation: You cannot bet more than you had at the table to start with. That seems so fundamental (except in movies)
It always amazes me when something I wondered about for so long suddenly is revealed.
