Just because someone doesn't see a place for ethics in poker doesn't mean he has to do the most unethical thing possible at every occasion. About slowrolling, as long as there's no rule against it the other player has nothing to say about it.

I didn't say they had to do the most unethical thing just for the heck of it. Their argument was that if a move is +ev at the poker table, then do it regardless of ethics. Slowrolling is possibly +ev... well it can never be -ev and at worst it is 0ev... I'm just asking whether they'd advocate slowrolling as well.

I know that there is no rule against slowrolling, which is exactly my point - the reason people don't slowroll is because it's bad etiquette, not because it's banned.
