bcoz u didnt preregister on PS home page probably?

y cant i preregister fr d tournament i have been tryin fr 2 days nw ......nobody has answered me back ..i hav all the requirements .....can nybody hlp me out ..

you can preregister here but you cant register at Titan untill 2 or is it 3 hrs before the tourney
