Hey everyone, HUDs and solvers, AI integrated analysis tools, and crypto powered poker rooms. Having played through the millions of hands in live and online settings what I came to see was poker as a skill based game and also a living environment of innovation.
Why I’m here:
To see what present day players do in response to AI based solutions and different game play.

To see how blockchain and decentralized payment in online poker solve the long standing issues of.
To debate which smart tools enhance or degrade the human element in the game.

I am into the development of hybrid fiat and crypto systems, AI which does fairness checks, and the use of NFTs in table line which we at 3UP Gaming are also putting into our platform structures. But this is not a promotional post. Just a space for expression and information. So here’s my first question:

Are real time analytics changing what poker is?
Are they making it less of a human game?
And another: Would use of NFTs in a tournament’s past performance tracking or of decentralized ledgers improve fairness or do they not play a role at all in this issue?

I look forward to your thoughts on what the next great innovation in poker will be. Thanks for having me also I’m happy to be a part of this community.

Hi Cael3UP,
Welcome to PokerStrategy.com :welcome:

I don't trust crypto. I have some, and it appears to have value, but to have value, it is necessary to trust the entities holding the "wallets". Same with banks I suppose. I sorta trust banks.

As far as poker goes, real-time solvers are making the online game dangerous, but unless you are risking more than you can afford, that isn't that much of an issue with me. Again — it is a matter of trust. You must trust the platform

All the best,
VS

Thank you so much. I totally get through with what you say. Establishing the systemization of any new system needs more stability against its unique gaps.
I will try to grow some analysis over that. Even brining some theories or anti- would help to make a dialect of it.💐🤘

From that I'm guessing that English isn't your primary language.
What translator are you using?

=) You're wrong. What I meant is incompleteness theorem by Gödel. The theory is that introducing any new system, will bring its own unique gaps. Your point is more around legislation and dangers that the present society is halted comparing if poker be more based on math and logic, rather than psychology and physiology — the reason to seek trust. I do accept your point of view. In my opinion, if you can quickly grasp the solution without being hindered by emotional delays or overthinking early to late-stage strategies, while maintaining a clear focus on a purpose that promotes ease and confidence, then why not eliminate errors and showcase greater efficiency with stronger competitive advantages?
If you can strengthen your left arm, and then it could hit the ball for you, would you leave it for the right arm to show higher strength?
Codes do write blockchain now. They define rules or values. And in regard to Web3, is not the trace of human activity so important to define its identity? So, if the answer to your or my hesitation is configured tomorrow after our game, later there is no such struggle as we aim to solve intellectually. Emotional or legal contemplation vs. Math/GTO/Logic/Code. Something that you point amazingly is about the trust. This is where the need for it grow into and brings all attentions to it. So, yeah, I do think that if we are practiced better, safe from the regressed society, it could sound more pragmatic than holding to impracticable reasoning. :]
