in how many hands you can get AA or KK on average?

I am not a rocket science expert, but i think it's (4/52 * 3/51) * 100% = 0.45% = approx. once in 220 hands to get AA?
Same for KK.
For getting any pair: 3/51 * 100% = 5.88% = approx. once in 17 hands?
To get AA OR KK: (8/52 * 3/51) * 100 = 0.9% = approx. once in 110 hands?
Maths suck, I bet there's tons of mistakes in my calculations, let's wait for the smart guys to help us out
