You all know it. You try and you try, you learn, you play good poker but nothing helps, you lose pot after pot, good hands are getting beaten, bad beat after bad beat,... Nothing seems to work! Many thousand hands and many hours played and learning, but you are still down or breakeven.

What do YOU do? Do you play more to chase the losses? Do you quit playing poker for that day/week? Do you watch some videos?

How does one player un-tilt? :)

When i'm running bad, i usually play more, and if still things are not going well i just play until i get disgusted by poker and go do something else.

have a look at the psychology section (in the "strategy" menu), that's what it's for :)

I usually increase the number of tables (to 10-12), listen to technobase.fm and grind back to even .. but if I start getting affected by the beats I just quit

I go through the hands that I've played, post them in the forum, to get feedback that I played them as optimal as possible. Then simply tone it down, read other peoples hands, post there, etc. Basically when things arent running well I take a little break from playing and get into the theoretical aspects until I feel ready to crush tables again :)

Best regards,
