Hi JanssenBatista,
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
No-one in the forums can access customer or member data, so only the customer service people can help with this.
Normally I would say to wait a few days, but you definitely have waited long enough.
