The 3-bet preflop is a little reckless, I think. The river completes the flush draw and I have picked up no information through the hand being OOP. I c/c river to protect against a possible slow played J or flush.

Hi!

I think 3bet is fine.Your hand has decent equity and you want to kick BB out. With 88- I would preffer just a call as you like smaller pots more to make better postflop decitions.

As played... bet river, playing c/c looks very weak and bad.When you are against Jx or flush you will loose the same but when he has lower pocket or Ax he can be checking behind. When he raises I think you can fold as I dont see this guy bluffing with a weak made hand
