It's a 3 - bet for me. You're ahead here so many more times than behind. Villain could raise with any Ax here with only AJ beating you. I think a set is highly unlikely as well, with no raise on the turn. His play is typical of AK, AQ, AJ or AT.

easy 3bet on the river. once he just called the turn he can't have a set, AJ or AA. he does frequently raise with AQ or AK. its most likely just a 1pair hand or A4s or any worse hand.
