i have one question if we play 3 way and have approximately 36% equity. so we must put money into the pot as much as possible.

but one of these 2 players have us beat. and if we raise we could face isolation against ourselves.

i will give u an example: preflop: MP raise, BU calles, hero (BB=A,K) 3 bets,MP caps, Bu calls.

flop: K,Q,8. hero check, MP bets, BU calls, hero...?

against capper we are down here in equity..

What I would say is answer it this way

What are you hoping to flop with AK otherwise?

You have to put in some form of aggression here, yes you many not be a favourite vs the capper but the Button is providing you an overaly and there's no guarantee the capper is ahead of you especially if he has a wide capping range.

You're not going to make massive money in this scenario but you are going to make money. If the MP 3-bets you, you now have a ton more information and you can just grit your teetch and call down.

Don't play timidly with big hands just becasue someone's shown aggression on 1 streeet.
