he 3 bet. and I wondered if I should call down or not,should I go call down?

You give him too much credit. He could play AK, AJ, ATs like this. You have to call down unless an Ace or King hits. First I thought that checkraising the flop would be better, but according to the equilator you have to just call down:

as taavi said, your equity is still good enough to make one more call, especially with your outs on the straight and on your gutshot. you do almost always have 6 outs and how can you fold by 1:8 Odds? and BU is still unknown. calldown for the first time and take a note then.
