should I continue betting on river with this hand ?? and In Long time, can i make profit ?

SB possible holdings worries me a bit. He called flop which is pretty dry, ok there are straight draws( that comes in on turn), so i think he has pair or is at least hit at turn, i wouldnt bet on turn neither and check behind river seems ok.

Not betting the Turn is a mistake. Calling the Flop is ok. You got 1:9 and you have backdoor straightdraw and backdoor flushdraw which count 2,5 outs and with around 2,5-3 Outs on your pairs it's ok to call the flop once. This card was obviously one of the best cards in the deck. On the Turn you improved to such a big drawing hand that a bet almost costs you nothing. With big Draws you should always bet the turn since the chance that a better hand is folding just needs to be very small and in that case you can very well represent a lot of big hands like 79 Q9 J8 J9 J7 QJ etc.

So your Bet kind of looks strong and CO or SB could fold A3 44 55 66 type of Hand and beside the fact that you may get a better hand to fold there are some weaker draws you can charge the max by betting. KQ K9 Q7 or something like that. So bet Turn is fine and on the River i'm not sure whether a bet makes sense. SB may have called again the turn with A3 or a pocketpair like 77 66 and he didnt reraise Preflop so it's kind of unlikely that he's got AQ or AK but it's not impossible either.

And if he's got A9 you may get him to fold a splitpot. I don't mind betting the river for 1:9 but if you think he's not folding a thing and he is so passive that he may have Tx Jx AK AQ you should check back and take the free showdown.
