I would not even cbet this flop as I cannot see him fold often and when he raises its often a draw therefore inpossible for you to fold when board blanks.Just c/c here is my preffered play.
Turnplay is fine however now betting makes more sense since you can protect your hand more and pot got bit bigger.However c/c is not a catastrophy but it is unbalanced.
I would preffer c/c on the river.You have vbet exactly against A7-AT hands and think you will get bluffed more often here than you will extract from valuebet(espeically since card may look a good bluffcard for him as it completes a FD)
