2 Pair vs. Flush on River

Played this according to the MSS charts. Wondering if I should have played differently on the river.

SB checks, Hero bets $0.75, MP1 folds, BU folds, SB calls $0.75.

Turn: ($2.5) Q:s (2 players)

Hey Gnostradamus,

Well played till river. On the river though I would just call his donkbet. Your 2-pair is too strong to fold here in my opinion, but pushing also doesn't give you any more value. Almost every draw completed on this river(FD, 67) and also QJ has you beat now, so raising a 2-pair there would be a mistake.

You could also consider folding against his donkbet, because it's such a standard line for a fish who likes to draw, but I do think 2-pair is too strong there.

It's important for you to make a note of villain's line, so you know you can value bet drawy boards hard against him and give up when draws complete.

Hi,

How about betting PSB on the flop+turn? It is standard with SSS in freeplay and you get max value against drawing fish. don't know with MSS though? (havent really read those articles yet...)
