I didn't notice the BB calling, so thought the flop is a good opportunity with the backdoors and weakness of aggressor. Then on the turn I feel like the K will be a scarecard for BB, and I can represent a bunch of Kx hands. Only 40 hands on BB. I'm trying to learn how to bluff effectively, was this too far out of line without any equity?

PokerStars - $0.05 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

UTG: 238 BB
CO: 221 BB
Hero (BTN): 100 BB
SB: 101.6 BB
BB: 166.6 BB

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has 5♦ 6♦

UTG raises to 2.8 BB, fold, Hero calls 2.8 BB, fold, BB calls 1.8 BB

Flop: (8.8 BB, 3 players) 7♥ T♦ J♣
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets 4.2 BB, BB calls 4.2 BB, fold

Turn: (17.2 BB, 2 players) K♠
BB checks, Hero bets 9.6 BB, BB raises to 159.6 BB and is all-in, fold

BB wins 34.8 BB

I think if you want to bluf you have to bet larger on the flop. But it's a three way pot.. so I probably only want to bluffs heads-up. But you didn't noticed the BB.

On the turn I would check if villain calls the flop.
What hands were you trying to represent?
