Q1: According to my ranges, this is a fold preflop.
Q2: According to my game plan this is a x/c. I x/r direct nut draws, nut backdoor draws, nut gutshot, and top-2 plus
Q3: As played it is probably ok to barrel turn because we improved. But I don't know about the river, I haven't studied that yet.

Agreed.
I think bet/fold river is the way to go, but smallish -- like 1/3 to make believe you want a call.

I'm curious to read what the real experts think though...

x/r OTF is kinda because we a deep and I think the Flop hits us better then utg.
