What to here with the 99? I mean his CO could is wider(21%). Also what to do KQs, AJo or 77?
We play different ways, just Call keep range wide, we could 3bet for value, we could just fold. 
Although with that range most likely I wouldn't be folding. Against a case which isn't possible to answer by "default would be Call/Raise with this hand". If poker would be that easy everyone would be earning profit.
