I think we should just call this preflop, unless the BB is an aggressive squeezer. If we 3bet, the size should be bigger, like $0,50. I don't expect much folds to your size and I don't think we could 3bet for value AJo. Yes, he might have AQ and AK, but on the flop. When he calls the flop, I don't think he has those that often. When he calls the turn, he doesn't have those ever.

As played preflop, I would rather check/fold this flop. If we bet the flop, I would give up on the turn, at least.

I do not see the reason for 3 betting and making it that small. Flop hits villain perfect, so no need to invest more money.

I don't think they will give you a credit for having AA when you 3bet small size. Theoretically, they should defend more vs smaller sizes because your 3bet needs to work less often to be profitable. They probably do not know the math, but they certainly have the feeling about it. Basically, the bigger size, the better fold equity we have, and we need it with this hand, especially when oop.

You do not represent AA here. There is simple rule: 3 bet large OOP and 3 bet less when IP. As you are OOP - 3 bet large.
Another reason for 3 bettingl arge is you do not want BB to join, and with your size you are sending him an invitation for the party.
