Ok let's go for bad run. My favourite problematic hand. So on flop I decide cbet with two overcards and backdoor heart flush draw. On turn I catch top pair top kicker so I bet again. River not completed flush draw so I decide check for open door to bluff from opponent (sets should raise on flop or turn but when I see not this time...) unknown player.

Without information that V is aggro enough you have easy 3rd barrel OTR. 66% seem okay

Normally I would Cbet river as well for value against a unknown on NL2. Around half pot seems fine. If villain raised or shoves you need to fold.

Cheers,
