I'm sorry dude, your posts are just too funny. This happens to all of us, and yes in the moment it seems very very unfair.
When I first started playing many many years ago I used to laugh this situation off every time and when I got staked I moved into a office with about 30 other players and they all used to say they wish they could take a beat the way I did. But after being around other players that were upset every time something went wrong at their tables, their emotions or whatever you want to call it rubbed off on me and I ended up screaming and shouting every time I took one in the ballz. I'm trying to get back to being the dude who could take one in the ballz and laugh about it instead of this @sshole who wants to travel to another country and murder someone who did the ball kicking. I can't sympathize with you too much because you a shark, don't act like the food

First hand it's a easy fold on the turn after the small raise. I don't expect villian will do this with worse.
2nd hand is just a cooler I think. No way you can ever fold against a short stack. You could even consider to shove the flop for 56c effective against a loose passive fish.

This is good advice, remember its a game, its meant to be fun, take a break if its getting to you.

Indeed. If you can't handle losing sometimes poker isn't your game, but that is with board games tough as well.

I suggest you work on your mental game. Jared Tendler has great books on the topic (only read the first one myself).
