well this is one of the flop spots who I would bet ip and check oop vs 2 guys read less. on the turn you can call this bet due to your implied odds. The fact that he is loose makes it even better because his bet looks like a positional stab. River is easy c/f.

C bet !! Your utg you have alot of over Pairs 5-5 to AA in your range , your range is most likely suited with high cards. I would Pick a size of 40 pot , because theres a Fun player behind and betting polarised would not help

Turn. 9 is not great but not bad eather Card. If Middle position only called i would bet on bigger side to get his suited high cards or medium Pairs out

If cutoff called , i would just check/fold because you have way less fold equity because board hits his range harder and he is Fun player. ( Source is stack size)

If both called check/fold.

This is NL2 with at least one huge fish in the hand. They don't think about your range from utg. They may not even think about whether it's 3way or heads up. You're getting called on the flop every time although behind against their range. I'm fairly certain this cbet is burning money on NL2.

alot of people do respect the UTG when he c bets. You have outs and your going to be headsup on the turn most of the time. That flop hits nobodys range in their positions. Most likely your against a pair 77 to JJ here and some random hand from the cutoff. I would also barrel the turn if your headsup and no diamond hits the turn.

As well as 22-66 and suited connectors of any kind. Show me a player with 86 VPIP that folds 22 in the cutoff to one raise from utg. It's nonsense. Their range is super wide and they are likely to call with anything.

your going to be ahead of most of their range....

I would have played it, exactly the same.

Cbet flop is possible but not a great option being OOP and multiway. Chances are high that both just call and you are building a pot without a hand on a dangerous board.

calling turn is a no-brainer. C/f river dito.

Flop seems ok, on NL2 there is hardly respect for initial raiser especially when there is a maniac in the hand and a multiway pot.
If they play loose, you play tight remember ;-)
Why on earth would you call the turn? Your second check indicates you not having much of a hand. What were you thinking to beat in this situation?
River shouldn't even be there.

Fact is the flop made your hand worthless... it happens, deal with it ;-)

this is really interesting. hero's play is fine, but cbet is also ok, and i would consider betting the turn and even check-calling the river.
i think that the estimates of villain's ranges are very conservative. i don't mind this flop - MP reg(?) only hits this with pocket pairs and draws that we are ahead of, and the loose maniac can have the nuts but he also has a fuckton of trash here, so his frequency of decent hands is low. 9 shouldn't really hit the reg's range.

we can't be sure of what the weird loose villain is valuebetting on the river (obviously they can have randomly spiked a Qx, as well as be correctly valuebetting 9x, though not everyone does), but he also has a ton of trash here. i just don't give this guy credit for having any kind of hand often enough.

Hero as 21 hands on the CO, teh sample is waaaayyy too small to make any deductions. Maybe if hero has some notes on that player but still.
Sometimes, on 21 hands, I'm a maniac too :roto2:
just sayin'...

i can confidently say that i never-ever had 86 vpip over any 21 hand sample, not even when i was going out of my way to fuck around on nl5.
that's not to say that his real vpip can't ever be something like 50. but it's definitely (as in >99.9%) not 25, or even 30 for that matter.
