Call pf is fine if he's loose/aggressive.

You can call flop. You can also c/r if you're not scared that he may come over the top again with something like a draw. Depends on how he has been playing. Aggressive isn't always aggressive in the same spots. If you call be aware you may have to stab the river with nothing if he shows weakness on the turn.

Bet is fine on the river. And your river stab would have worked if you and he hit nothing there. So: well played.

Too loose. Peel with hands that stand a good chance on a flop, 3bet with strong hands and mix in some loose 3bets with hands that can see a flop vs stronger hands, but that you don't necessarily want to go there. I 3bet with 89s before I 3bet with JQs. If he calls the 3bet when you're holding QJs, you're dominated by his range and you're oop too. That's just printing money for villain.

well every hand which raise you on the R might beat you .... so i prefer check/call to PS against aggro bluffing villian it might be more value. If you fold to any reraise than you get exploited on the River if you call the wrong bets than you get valuedrained ...so tough i like check/call the bluff on the river
