Well, it doesn't change much on the turn anyways. If you went way ahead/behind on the flop then should do the same for turn rather than raise it. If you want to raise then rather do it on the flop and might even protect from draws.

You can't say that for sure unless knowing more about him but could be and could be as well he just block-betting with some FD or even worse. ♦

I would raise 3/4 pot with the intention of getting it all in. If he has FH or hits his flush say nh and move on. Unless I have some information (history) that he would only bet when he has it.

Some thoughts:

His range would include:
Hands hero beats at this point - AA, KK possibly JJ,or AK or any two spade connectors JTs, T9s, etc, also KQ, QJ.
Hero loses to - 77, 55, Q5 or Q7. I would discount Q5 and Q7 because of the early position raise and call of 3 bet per-flop.
Also against a flush draw we are a 80% favorite.
Player might also have AsQ which would explain re-raise.

Other things to consider:

Flop is relatively dry (one big card and two small).
Bet sizing seems small on turn. If he had monster 77, or 55 would he bet the turn?

For example I would. To drag along FD/Qx hands, we have the nuts practically and can ship the river anyways.
