im new to mss well still semi new to poker, decided to try again after getting FTP br back :f_biggrin:

im trying to play according to the charts and articles ive been reading.
standard raise pre-flop. tried to take the pot down with a cbet on the flop but got called. when turn came i decided to give up and go check/fold.
my thoughts were he was either playing overpair or AXs and the turn bought him a chance to chase a FD or he just decided to bet when i showed weakness?

what are your thoughts on this hand?
many thanks!

Hello,

when you get called on this flop, your opponent's range could be pocket pairs, Tx. We don't know if he's capable of floating with wide range, so check/folding turn is fine as we are behind too often to do something else. Well played imo. :f_thumbsup:

Hi,
Preflop it is enough to bet 15ct. In the MSS we bet 3bb + 1bb per limper.

Postflop you can c/f the Turn, like JohnDoe already said. ;)

Thanks for your replies and advice :)

I did start off by raising to $0.15 when I was first in, however after watching a PS video I noticed the player was raising to $0.20 a lot of the time, explaining that the bb was 1st bet, a raise was 2nd bet so that was why he would raise to $0.20 (3bb +1bb)

If you recommend to just raise to $0.15 im fine with that. Im all for advice and more money saved in the long run if I have to fold :-D

Thanks
