Villain is a tight fish.
if he hit a set of fives or kings OTF he would probably play more aggressively, even though the players on NL2 like to slowplay sets.
But he would probably 3bet kings preflop.
Quite possibly hit a flush OTT, otherwise I think he would call my cbet again.
