Flop: (19 BB, 3 players) 2♦ 9♣ A♥
SB bets 12.5 BB, UTG calls 12.5 BB, Hero calls 12.5 BB

Turn: (56.5 BB, 3 players) Q♠
SB checks, UTG bets 27 BB, Hero raises to 54 BB, fold, UTG raises to 80.5 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 26.5 BB

River: (217.5 BB, 2 players) 4♣

UTG shows 9♦ 9♠ (Three of a Kind, Nines)
(Pre 82%, Flop 96%, Turn 98%)

Pretty much a cooler, but most of the time I would start raising pre-flop to isolate the limper and fold to a 3bet.

Pretty much the best you can hope for w/ 22 is bottom set.
In this particular case, 99 isn't folding pre very often, so even iso-raising pre isn't going to change the outcome much.

Hi!

Only one thing i can't understand. Why you min raise the turn? If you raise the turn more much. Where do they teach the min raise? And i don't mention what a risky play because if villain has KJ especially J10 and think lead the turn and you min raise villain can able call and river arrive 10, K or 8 what can you do? And thats you left 26 BB so you have to call always the river bet.

And yes i saw lot of times when villain can call the flop almost total air or just two back door draws, KJs, J10s, that's why i wrote.

there are few things more rewarding than coolering a villain doing the turn minraise of death :f_thumbsup:
