Part of villains range that I beat just got there. Should I be raising the turn vs a half stack and try and get it in?

I think flop perhaps should be a check/raise.
OTR, I think bet/fold might be OK, or check/fold

I'm curious to read what the experts have to say

Check/fold seems the standard play on the river. I don't think leading river is a decent option against the aggressor. Ace isn't helping your hand range and is tough to get value or a better hand to fold.

Why don't you squeeze preflop?
As played, river is a xf.
