Hello everyone,

PokerStars - $0.02 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 37 BB
SB: 100 BB
Hero (BB): 168 BB
UTG: 270 BB
MP: 166.5 BB
CO: 135 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 8♠ T♠

fold, MP raises to 2 BB, fold, fold, fold, Hero calls 1 BB

Flop: (4.5 BB, 2 players) 7♠ J♠ J♥
Hero checks, MP bets 2 BB, Hero calls 2 BB

Turn: (8.5 BB, 2 players) Q♠
Hero checks, MP bets 5 BB, Hero raises to 15 BB, MP calls 10 BB

I decided to play x/r both to hit the draw and to see the strength of his hand.

River: (38.5 BB, 2 players) T♣
Hero bets 12 BB, MP raises to 33.5 BB, fold

I didn't want to let him bet first, thinking that I'd make a decision based on his reaction. Was the fold correct in your opinion?
Given his action OTT and OTR, I think he could have had a higher flush ar maybe FH.
Thank you

MP wins 60.5 BB

You both deep and the board is paird and you don't have the best flush, so I would just call down.

Against a min raise it's tough to fold a suited 1 gapper like T8s pre-flop.
As played I don't see a point in raising so deep on every street and I would call villain down.
On the river folding seems reasonable, but it's always tough to do with the flush.
