But in reality, what does Equilab tell you about your hand.

If you plug in the likely ranges for UTG and BB, what is your Equity?

Is that enough given the pot odds?

i think the bigger problem here is calling a UTG open with QJo. waaay too wide especially on fullring

the guy who is opening UTG opens like 14% UTG so I think i will have good chance to take this pott down HU alot.

I would be folding here a lot, too.

Calling QJo is way too loose here, as there are still plenty of players behind you that could make your life hard with squeeze. Even if they don't squeeze and just flat you have some problems post-flop. It's also hard for you to hit a big hand (straight is quite rare tbh) so you are basically losing big pots and taking down small ones.

So, fold here pre-flop. And fold against squeeze, again.

if he's wide utg i would def consider 3betting.
calling with co+bu+blinds behind sucks as you either get overcalled or squeezed too often and then your plan of "taking it down hu" doesn't work anymore, not to mention that even when you get hu you often still will simply lose postflop

14% isn't really that wide. Your hand does terrible against a 14% range. Unless you have some sick postflop skills you are going to be losing money calling this hand preflop.

this guy is calling alot of 3bets OOP but folds pretty much to cbets on flop so a 3bet or fold is the best option here maybe?

if he folds a lot to cbets thats even better
