Hi, recently played a hand on Ignition 5NL at a regular cash table.
Playing 8 handed, started with $10.07 on the Button with 8♦:7♦:, the main villain in the hand has $6.86 and is UTG.
UTG, UTG+1 and Co all limp for 0.05, I decide against isolating as I expect too many calls and would prefer to see what I can flop on the cheap in position.
The BB checks and we go 5 ways to the flop.
FLOP: ($0.27)
7♣:5♦:5♣:
It checks to me and I decide to bet 0.15 to charge draws and narrow the field. BB folds, UTG decides to check raise to 0.51, all players fold to me and I call.
The opponent has been fairly active but not too crazy, I expect him to raise with a 5, some 7x with good kickers and flush or straight draws.
TURN: ($1.28)
7♣:5♦:5♣:T♠:
Villain continues for 0.74 and I call. At this point I feel my opponent cannot have a 7 that often as they would be scared of the turn overcard, and either has a 5, 7s full(really unlikely) or a draw.
RIVER: ($2.76)
7♣:5♦:5♣:T♠:J♥:
Villain fires again for 1.74 and I call with some hesitation even though all the draws missed. I feel like he gets here with too many missed clubs or weird straight draws. I ended up winning the hand, opponent showed 6♦:4♦:, but I just want to see whether this call down was justified?
