JTs 3bet call IPP

You cant get much value from worse and cant really fold out better. So the bet would be for protection and free showdown mostly. I would bet 1/2 and fold to a raise.

I think I would check behind and call a decent size river bet if draws don't complete.

I bet the turn for cca half the pot for protection (I dont want to give him a free card), thin value and cheap showdown.

Bet the turn 1/2 pot, he is full of AJ+ that still have good equity and we don't mind villain folding those.

After his x we should bet. Not only we have TP but we want to take his equity.

Ideally, we bet and he calls with two overcards. How much are these paying? There is no way they should pay a 50% bet. Bet smaller versus reasonable opposition (and hope for a CALL, not a fold), but don't make it ridiculously small, inducing a bluff you can't call down. This approach is surely better than making him play correctly (fold overcards) by betting big. It is also cheaper those few times he is sandbagging. Small hand - small value. Try to extract it.

+1 for betting. But really not too big. I would go for 1/3 pot here, that's enough for protection vs. his overcards (he is still not getting correct odds to call and sometimes we get calls from AK/AQ). Also: I don't really want to invest 1/2 pot for the cases that Villain is planning to check/raise the turn

+1 for protection betting - seems like your opponent is lag. Also, most of the players at micro CB flop, but they stop barelling on turn. So, I prefer to bet for thin value on turn, but before I do that I need to check his AF on turn - if it is high, I could probably check behind bcs vs thinking LAG his will interpret it very well like thin value and he could push me out of the hand with XR. Anyway, most of the time you should at micro after missing cb on turn.

It is not about tag/lag. He shows weakness and we should bet.
